Health and fitness have a huge part of my life for many years and have been in the fitness world for 15 years. I am very passionate about fitness and channel this passion as a Personal trainer to help my clients achieve their individual goals. My training includes different disciplines of training as well as wellness coaching.
Over the years, I have gained several certifications mostly from the Drummond Education and C.H.E.K. Institute as a Holistic Lifestyle Coach and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, I have intensively trained in Pilates, sports balance, Scientific Core Conditioning, Primal Patterns of Movement and in back care programmes. I use my expertise to accelerate and deliver effective long-term results.
My clients are from various walks of life and at different fitness levels and I am always by their side to motivate them, track their progress, modify their training plans when needed – anything to accomplish their objectives.
